Common Questions

What's the difference between the plans?
Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 office users and 1 truck or trailer. Pro ($89) adds billing automation, replying to customers and the rest of the automated alerts, with 3 users and 2 trucks. Crew ($199) has unlimited users and trucks. Employees, customers and addresses are unlimited on every plan.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan and enter a card — from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.
How many users can I add?
Office users: 2 on Start, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Crew. Techs using the tech app are unlimited on every plan, and so are customers and addresses — you are never billed per user or per customer.
Where does it work?
TrashCanBossPro works in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and bills your customers in their own currency. The texts included in every plan cover the US and Canada.
What's the texting pricing?
In the US and Canada, Start includes 500 texts a month, Pro 1,000, and Crew 2,000 — sent and received. A text is 160 characters; a longer one counts as two. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each.
How does auto-routing pricing work?
Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your dispatcher is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.
Are there any contracts or annual commitments?
None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Does this work for my kind of trash can cleaning company?
Yes. Weekly, every-other-week, monthly and one-time cleanings all run the same way — a service, the cans at the address, a price and a place on the waiting list. Homeowners, HOAs, apartments and commercial dumpster pads all fit. It works for an owner with one trailer or a company running several crews.
Can I bill an HOA or property manager once a month?
Yes. Set each HOA, property manager or business up as a Monthly account. Every cleaning at every one of their addresses goes on ONE statement each month, with each line labeled with the address.
How do recurring plans work?
Each plan is set by the minimum days between visits — 7 for weekly, 14 for every-other-week, 28 for monthly. When an address is due it shows up on the waiting list and the map, with the cans and trash day right under it — "2 trash · 1 recycling · Trash day Tue" — and the card on file can be charged when the cleaning is completed.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Bring your customer list over from a spreadsheet or a CSV export from your old software on any plan.
